Shipping policy

Made to Order

Every bottle of Christina's Organic Syrups is made fresh to order — I don't keep pre-made inventory sitting on a shelf. This means your syrup is as fresh as it gets, but it does require a little patience! Once you place your order, I need time to make your syrups from scratch before they can ship.

Order Window

I accept orders Monday through Friday. After the order window closes, I begin making your syrups the following week. Please allow 1–2 weeks from your order date for your order to be made, packaged, and shipped.

Shipping & Transit Time

Once your order is ready and shipped, carrier transit times vary by the shipping service you selected at checkout. Please note that transit time begins from the date your order ships, not the date you placed your order.

• USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
• UPS Ground: 1–5 business days
• UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days from ship date
• FedEx Ground / Home Delivery: 1–5 business days
• FedEx 2Day: 2 business days from ship date

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and carrier selected.

Shipping Zones

I ship to all continental US states. I do not currently ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships so you can follow its journey to your door.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in the Argyle/Northlake, TX area for dairy-containing syrups (Cupcake and Brown Butter). These products are not available for shipping.
